The moment I walked into their offices a wave of confidence
and trust washed over me. There was an undeniable and
understated look and feel of success that permeated the friendly
surroundings.
As my hosts greeted me with their warm and firm handshakes,
I realized my initial impressions were warranted. Their
friendly smiles complemented by growing confidence in
their abilities to meet and even exceed my expectations.
It soon became apparent, as I toured their offices and
met their staff, that these folks were determined to master
the science of technology and the art of human interaction.
They were fascinated and intrigued by knowledge and its
practical applications. They passionately believed in
learning yet trusted in tradition. I surmised their strong
family backgrounds had taught them that trust is earned
from hard work and the reliability of their word.
To them, high tech high touch was more than phraseology.
It was the process of setting and maintaining the standard
through a common sense blending of tradition and technology.
Their expectations of performance were higher than most
and required the resolve of heart and mind, however their
consuming need to "find a better way" was worth
the sacrifice.
Here it seems is where the energy tool over, the power
to achieve the lofty goals they had set for themselves
and those around them. Their passion was to uphold the

was precisely what they had in mind... precisely what
