Who we are and what we do
Thorsheim, Ceraso, P.C. offers a range of dental services for family and individuals. We
have established a trusted reputation as a provider of general and
specialized services to meet maintenance and special needs. We
provide our clients with a detailed assessment and explanation of
our services to meet individual needs relative to health,
appearance and overall well being.
Sleep Dentistry (Conscious Sedation):
The procedure can be used for anything from a simple cleaning to a
full smile makeover. No longer does fear of going to the dentist
have to keep you from getting the smile you always wanted. When
it comes to sleep dentistry there are many methods to choose
from including conscious sedation. Simply put, "you sleep, we
work."
Comprehensive Assessments:
We provide comprehensive dental health assessments along with a
lifetime plan tailored to each individual's requirements.
Cosmetics – Smile Analysis:
This is a thorough evaluation of your overall dental esthetics
including analyzing the needs for veneers, crowns, or gum tissue
recontouring.
Reconstruction:
We offer full mouth reconstruction for those patients suffering
from severe wear or breakdown of their teeth. Often these
services can be completed in phases depending on the overall
needs of the patient.
Implants:
For those patients missing teeth, implants have become the
"state-of-the-art," "standard-of-care" way of replacing teeth.
Through a very gentle surgical procedure, implants can restore
function and appearance to your smile.
Cerecs:
Through the use of this CAD/CAM technology we are able to produce
crowns and onlays while you wait. Meaning no temporaries, no
impressions, and no second appointment to deliver the permanent
crown.
Laser:
Laser therapy can assist us in the cosmetic reshaping of the gum
tissue and, income cases, can even be used instead of "the
drill."
Micro-abrasion:
This technology allows us to prepare small cavities painlessly
without anesthesia using pressurized air and microscopic
particles.
Gum Disease Treatment:
75% of all adults have periodontal disease. Studies are now
showing that gum inflammation can drastically increase your
chances for heart attack, diabetes, and even Alzheimer's
disease. We offer comprehensive programs that allow our patients
to achieve the necessary periodontal health support to help aid
their overall health.
TMJ and Occlusal (Bite) Therapy:
People suffering from jaw join problems are offered
"state-of-the-art" therapies to help them control this disease.
